Hey lovely people!

I recorded a gentle practice for when you feel overwhelmed, stuck in a loop, unsettled or agitated.

The Physiological Sigh 🌱

  • Take a double inhale, and then exhale out with a big sigh

  • My own personal twist is adding a sound too, as you sigh out

  • Take this as many times as needed, and then breathe normally, noticing the effect
