The Physiological Sigh 🌱
Take a double inhale, and then exhale out with a big sigh
My own personal twist is adding a sound too, as you sigh out
Take this as many times as needed, and then breathe normally, noticing the effect
This method connects parts of the nervous system and the respiratory system in real time, making it one of fastest ways to bring a state of calm and regulation.
