Hey beautiful people :)

Very excited to share a practice that has helped me tremendously in expanding my capacity to be present in my body, and it involves Touch!

I won’t go into the benefits of touch as I’m sure you’ve heard all about it.

What I find interesting with a practice like this is that it’s such a no-brainer way to directly communicate to my nervous system in a language that it understands, and it is highly accessible at any time.
