I admire your brave move in recording your voice, Alexandra! Your words really got me thinking. I believe that things are not always black and white, and they also change over time. I started my healing journey because I wanted to get rid of physical pain. Later, I believed I had to change and improve certain parts of myself. Then, with more knowledge and understanding of the world and myself, I became more curious. But the truth is, I never thought about it from this perspective until you pointed it out. So thank you for making me aware! ✨

Selene, I so appreciate you sharing your reflection with me, thank you. And thank you also for your encouraging words.

You are right, things are never black or white especially in the realm of healing and personal development work. The differences and approaches are as many as there are people who engage with this work, and this is the beauty of it. I love how your process evolved and it led naturally to a curiosity that, at least in my experience, is vital for making this process feel more spacious and flexible.💜

Self-compassion, courage and commitment to make changes, radical acceptance of what cannot be changed, patience and understanding that healing is a journey without end. Thank you Alex - loved the recording!

Well said! Healing is so much easier when we’re curious and genuinely enjoy self discovery.

I also agree. It is that process of finding out new things about ourselves that makes me excited 🙏🏼

100% :) i think we tend to over intellectualise our healing when a simple answer is to just feel all of it to heal!

Totally. And what often happens is that we begin to outsource our process rather than lean inward. The trap of self-help..

Really enjoyed listening to you Alexandra and I agree with your views on the breadth of healing over a lifetime. I must be honest and say for a long time I just wanted to feel 'better' and was very self critical, but I've recently learned to be kinder and more gentle towards myself. I've hidden away feeling shamed because I've felt so vulnerable, but a few years into my journey, I'm more assertive in saying what I need and if anyone criticises me, I'm able to stand firm in my beliefs. Looking forward to reading/hearing more from you 🙂 Karen
